Use your card confidently with uncompromising fraud protection
- Report your card as lost or stolen in a couple of clicks.
- Turn your card off if you think you have misplaced it and turn it back on if you find it.
- Control where your card can be used with “Location Controls”
- Turn on “My Location” to deny transactions if the location of your mobile device and the in-store purchase location are not the same.
- Set “My Region” to deny transactions for in-store purchases which are outside of the selected region(s).
- Block International Transactions are already blocked by the bank. If you plan to travel outside of the US, please visit your local branch office to sign a travel notice so we can allow purchases for the countries you will be visiting.
- Control where your card can be used with “Merchant Controls”
- Choose which merchants types your card can be used at and which merchant types that your card will be denied at based on merchant categories such as department stores, grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations and more.
- Control how your card can be used with “Transaction Controls”
- Choose if your card can be used in-store, online, for autopayment/recurring transactions, to get cash at an ATM, and more.
- Control how much your card can be used for with “Spend Controls”.
- Set a transaction limit what will deny transactions exceeding the limit you set.
*Keep in mind your card has a daily spend limit that is pre-defined by the bank. If you ever need to increase your daily spend limits for one-time purchases that exceed the pre-defined daily limits, please reach out to your local branch office.
- Receive an alert each time your card is used or for selected transactions using “Alerts”
